White Chocolate & Caviar offers an opportunity to experience and explore two of Heston Blumenthal’s influential culinary innovations – flavour pairing and mindful eating.
 
While combining one of world’s most indulgent ingredients with something less luxurious might seem provocative, it was in fact the result of solid culinary logic.
 
Heston knew salt enhances not just savoury but also sweet things like chocolate, and he wondered what other salty ingredients might have a similar effect. Eventually he discovered that chocolate and caviar was a perfect match.
 
Paired with Exmoor Caviar - Oscietra. Large grain, with the classically synonymous flavour profile of hazelnut & cream.  A pleasingly firm texture and beautiful consistent colour range means this caviar tastes as good as it looks.
