What is the shelf life of Exmoor Caviar?

The shelf life given to Exmoor Caviar is 9 months from the date of production. Once the caviar is packed into the smaller metal retail tins, we allocate a conservative 3 month shelf life.

How do you ship Exmoor Caviar?

Exmoor Caviar is a perishable item that needs to be kept chilled during transit. As such we ship out orders in temperature controlled packaging and send items using an overnight courier.

Collections are made from our offices Monday-Friday so deliveries are made Tuesday-Saturday with Saturday deliveries incurring a higher charge.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery, if not it will be returned to the depot.

Can I send Exmoor Caviar as a gift?

Exmoor Caviar makes a wonderful gift.

Delivery direct to the recipient is of course possible and we can include a hand written gift card to go along with your order.

No pricing will be included in the packaging when it is sent as a gift.
