Our Imperial Oscietra is a true classic. European caviars offer a more traditional flavour due to their farming techniques and extra ageing of the sturgeon. These sturgeon are allowed to reach up to 14 years before caviar is produced, giving a depth and richness which is difficult to match. Oscietra is synonymously hazelnuts and cream, and this is exactly what you get here.
