Kenneth Benning

CEO

Kenneth has over 20 years experience within the global caviar trade and was at the forefront of founding the first ever British caviar farm. Kenneth is also owner of the UK's original fine food online retail company London Fine Foods and owner of London's leading caviar wholesaler, Shah Caviar.

He has an expert eye for quality in caviar and is regularly invited to host talks on the varieties of old and new world caviar, caviar farming and the global caviar industry as a whole. His caviar products are currently served in most of the UK’s Michelin starred restaurants and leading hotels.

Jemima Benning

Marketing Director & Food Safety

Jemima has a strong background in the sales & marketing of high end British brands. During her career in fashion marketing she worked for fashion houses Vivienne Westwood & Pringle of Scotland and also assisted in PR campaigns for Anya Hindmarch and Jimmy Choo.


After a brief stint in the global shipping industry, she became immersed in the luxury food industry through her work at London Fine Foods Group & Shah Caviar Limited. She brings to The Exmoor Caviar Company knowledge of the UK luxury brand market and high end account management.

Harry Ferguson

Operations Director

Harry has a strong background in the food business, before joining Exmoor Caviar, he spent 10 years in the restaurant industry largely spent in one of the country's leading seafood restaurants.

With an excellent food and restaurant knowledge, Harry heads up day to day operations. With an extensive knowledge on caviar he can help advise and navigate you through our range.

When not at work, Harry can often be found in one of London's restaurants, or if not then most likely watching his beloved Newcastle United

Jonny Rafferty

Key Account Manager

Before joining the team at Exmoor Caviar Jonny spent 8 years managing restaurants and pubs in Surrey. A great interest in wine lead to studying for WSET Level 3 and then into the Wine industry as a Sales Manger. This gives him a wealth of knowledge of the all aspects of the industry, which he now brings to the team looking after our

restaurant and hotel accounts.

 

During his free time, if he isn't eating and drinking around London, you will find him on the golf course at any given opportunity!

Duncan Robertson

Operations Manager

Duncan spent nearly a decade as a chef in top kitchens in both the US and UK before joining us as operations manager. He utilizes this experience to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, as well as lending his palate to the quality assurance of all our caviars.

 

When Duncan isn't working he can usually be found cycling and eating his way around the city, cooking, or foraging in local woodlands.

Operations Assistant

As a recent graduate of the Hospitality Management program at Oxford Brookes University, Justin has a keen interest in all things food.

 

He has joined our operations team, delivering to our most valued clients around the city. Our relationships with these clients are the foundation of our business and his day to day interactions with chefs are integral to maintaining them.
