William Benning

Operations Assistant

The youngest member of the Exmoor Caviar Team, William is responsible for the day to day London deliveries as well as servicing our out of London accounts. He is also integral in the caviar production process.


William is a valued member of the team and has grown up around caviar so is quite knowledgeable on the different species and types of caviar available at Exmoor Caviar.

Jess Newman

Farm Manager & Fish Expert

Jess has a passion for sturgeon. He manages the day to day running of the farm from brood-stock control, fish feeding and waterway management.


An integral part of the team at Exmoor Caviar, Jess is always happy to welcome visitors to the farm, don his waders and step into the fresh pure Devon water to showcase our happy, healthy sturgeon.


Kenneth Benning


Kenneth has over 20 years experience within the global caviar trade and was at the forefront of founding the first ever British caviar farm. Kenneth is also owner of the UK's original fine food online retail company London Fine Foods and owner of London's leading caviar wholesaler, Shah Caviar.

He has an expert eye for quality in caviar and is regularly invited to host talks on the varieties of old and new world caviar, caviar farming and the global caviar industry as a whole. His caviar products are currently served in most of the UK’s Michelin starred restaurants and leading hotels.

Jemima Benning

Marketing Director & Food Safety

Jemima has a strong background in the sales & marketing of high end British brands. During her career in fashion marketing she worked for fashion houses Vivienne Westwood & Pringle of Scotland and also assisted in PR campaigns for Anya Hindmarch and Jimmy Choo.

After a brief stint in the global shipping industry, she became immersed in the luxury food industry through her work at London Fine Foods Group & Shah Caviar Limited. She brings to The Exmoor Caviar Company knowledge of the UK luxury brand market and high end account management.

Harry Ferguson

Operations Director

Harry has a strong background in the food business, before joining Exmoor Caviar, he spent 10 years in the restaurant industry largely spent in one of the country's leading seafood restaurants.

With an excellent food and restaurant knowledge, Harry heads up day to day operations and is commonly known as 'Haviar' to many of the country's leading chefs.
