Kenneth Benning


Kenneth has over 20 years experience within the global caviar trade and was at the forefront of founding the first ever British caviar farm. Kenneth is also owner of the UK's original fine food online retail company London Fine Foods and owner of London's leading caviar wholesaler, Shah Caviar.

He has an expert eye for quality in caviar and is regularly invited to host talks on the varieties of old and new world caviar, caviar farming and the global caviar industry as a whole. His caviar products are currently served in most of the UK’s Michelin starred restaurants and leading hotels.

Jemima Benning

Marketing Director & Food Safety

Jemima has a strong background in the sales & marketing of high end British brands. During her career in fashion marketing she worked for fashion houses Vivienne Westwood & Pringle of Scotland and also assisted in PR campaigns for Anya Hindmarch and Jimmy Choo.

After a brief stint in the global shipping industry, she became immersed in the luxury food industry through her work at London Fine Foods Group & Shah Caviar Limited. She brings to The Exmoor Caviar Company knowledge of the UK luxury brand market and high end account management.


Harry Ferguson

Operations Director

Harry has a strong background in the food business, before joining Exmoor Caviar, he spent 10 years in the restaurant industry largely spent in one of the country's leading seafood restaurants.

With an excellent food and restaurant knowledge, Harry heads up day to day operations and is commonly known as 'Haviar' to many of the country's leading chefs.

Theo Gibson

Key Account Manager

Before joining the team Theo spent six years managing restaurants across the capital city. This bought him a wealth of knowledge of the industry, which he now brings to the team as a key player managing our restaurant and hotel accounts.


His passion for food and hospitality extends past his professional life, he’s a keen cook and enjoys frequenting restaurants across the country.



Alexander Benning

Farmers' Markets & Office Assistant

Alex is the youngest member of the Exmoor Caviar Team. You will find him at one of the Farmers' Markets each weekend, often training up the new recruits.

Having grown up around caviar and fine foods Alex is very knowledgeable of the area.

Alex enjoys meeting the chefs and their teams when he does the daily London restaurant deliveries.
