Our small but efficient team harnesses together all the skills needed to create and promote an exclusive British Luxury Brand.
Kenneth has over 20 years experience within the global caviar trade and was at the forefront of founding the first ever British caviar farm. Kenneth is also owner of the UK's original fine food online retail company London Fine Foods and owner of London's leading caviar wholesaler, Shah Caviar.
He has an expert eye for quality in caviar and is regularly invited to host talks on the varieties of old and new world caviar, caviar farming and the global caviar industry as a whole. His caviar products are currently served in most of the UK’s Michelin starred restaurants and leading hotels.
Marketing Director & Food Safety
Jemima has a strong background in the sales & marketing of high end British brands. During her career in fashion marketing she worked for fashion houses Vivienne Westwood & Pringle of Scotland and also assisted in PR campaigns for Anya Hindmarch and Jimmy Choo.
After a brief stint in the global shipping industry, she became immersed in the luxury food industry through her work at London Fine Foods Group & Shah Caviar Limited. She brings to The Exmoor Caviar Company knowledge of the UK luxury brand market and high end account management.
Harry has a strong background in the food business, before joining Exmoor Caviar, he spent 10 years in the restaurant industry largely spent in one of the country's leading seafood restaurants.
With an excellent food and restaurant knowledge, Harry heads up day to day operations and is commonly known as 'Haviar' to many of the country's leading chefs.
Farmers' Markets & Account Management
Danielle has years of experience working in the food industry bringing a wide range of skills.
Danielle's role is split in the business managing some of our restaurant and retail accounts during the week and heading up and managing the team at our Farmers' Markets across London each weekend.
Key Account Manager
Theo spent years working in hospitality, including managing restaurants in London, giving him a very strong knowledge of the industry.
Theo's interest in food extends passed professional and is a very keen cook also.
Theo spends his time managing some of our new wholesale accounts here at Exmoor Caviar.
