Unique to Exmoor Caviar, we make this product with a technique we developed using caviar oil. Gently smoked over whole oak logs at 72C to give a smooth, delicate and subtle smokiness. We use our Royal Beluski as a base given it’s more neutral flavour profile.

The subtle smoky notes add something different to a regular caviar. Great through a butter sauce with fish, or for a slightly alternative steak tartare
